Pb is a lot of points but pb fit is not. You can mix pb fit or pb2 with water or milk or plant based milk. You can also add unsweetened cocoa powder and/or lakota monkfruit extract, which is very sweet and calorie free. It’s about $12 for a small bottle but the bottle lasts forever and it doesn’t have any gross artificial stuff in it. Then you can dip an apple or a banana in it or make it thinner and drizzle it over fruit. Fills you up for low points.
Peas are a nice snack. Just microwave some frozen peas and put a little salt on them.
Popcorn is very low in points.
