Thursday: Spaghetti squash with chickpea tomato sauce

Friday potato and eggs burritos

Saturday Latkes with apple sauce and green salad

Sunday Ground beef and cabbage casserole

Monday Black bean chili with corn bread

Tuesday- Black bean and rice bowls with corn on cob

Wednesday- Calbacitas Con Puerco

Thursday Edamame stir fry

A few meals might get switched around but these are the plans for this week.
