Re: April Meals
Easter dinner was lovely. DH made sous vide leg of lamb with lots of garlic and I roasted new potatoes and a butternut squash, and added a salad.
We had a gala coffee hour after church and the family dessert buffet with cousins in late afternoon for which I made far too many treats, so every course was covered.
We're supposed to celebrate dh's birthday tonight (it was on Easter) but we have Speech and Debate until late so I may ask him to postpone until tomorrow. (Unless he wants to grill his own steak!)
