Doubling Dough
Is there a way to go about this? I made my first bread yesterday and I really loved how it came out. I want to make more today as our plan was to stop buying store bread and just make our own at home. So now that I feel more confident, I want to try to make two loaves today. Should I just do two separate batches, or can I double and split the dough? What about baking? Can I bake them at the same time or will that effect it?
Sorry if any of these questions sound dumb. I'm a bread n00b. |
