Default Dinner help using lime and chicken

HELP! I have leftover lime and chicken and the chicken needs to be cooked by tomorrow BUT I think today would be better because ds has a soccer game tomorrow and I don't have anything tonight.

Requirements:

Use up my limes and my chicken.

DD doesn't eat meat so it has to be where the chicken part can be separate. I could possible grab some shrimps.

I have to stop by the grocery store after work today but I want the list to be short and only hit the outer edges (produce, diary) I dont want to be hunting down aisle for ingredietns that I dont know where they are.

I do have both rice and pasta on hand. Id like to add the veggies in. I only have salad stuff and carrots at home but am willing to grab anything in the produce area since I am there anyway.

Not complicated. I have to run another errand after dinner and dont have the energy for a new complictated dish. Also dd needs to leave for practice so something quick-ish so we can eat early-ish. So no marinating I dont think. By the time I get home from grocery I need to start prepping.

I tried allrecipes but nothing good came up. Any ideas?

HELP and TIA!

- I can pick up corn tortillas and an avocado and do street tacos. I have the stricha sauce. Easy.

I'm assuming chicken breast? You could easily do a riff on meuniere (lemon-butter) chicken but sub cilantro and lime for lemon and parsley. Added bonus - shrimp would work well with the same sauce.

Steamed broccoli goes well. Angel hair pasta (riced cauli, zucchini pasta, or real rice, etc.) on the side.

I might use that chili-lime one as the base for my taco meat.

My favorite thing to do with lemons and limes is Taziki rice. So amazing! The recipe calls for lemons, but I use limes when I have those. Either way is great!

I think you could use any kind with it. I ran out of basmati a few weeks ago, and made it with minute rice instead.
