Coop Entrepreneur Class for HS

I'm considering teaching a highschool class on entrepreneurship through our local coop. Mostly for my own son's benefit. I don't have a lot of experience in this but I do have a little, and have done many hours of research in the past.

I have seen a few curricula in the past and I'm about to go looking and I'll post here what I find but I wanted to see if anyone here has experience with one themselves that they would recommend I look at?

I also welcome any ideas on how to facilitate this because I'm feeling a little lost but really want to get my son some good options as our coop doesn't have much for the teens as the teens are few and far between but the options for the younger boys are really awesome so I kinda want to stay for them.

Do you have connections with any local small his ess owners? Could you set people to come in and talk to the class?

What would the goals be? What do you want them to be able to do?

Our co-op has done Lemonade to Leadership with the 7-8 graders. It might be a little young for HS, but it could also be a jumping-off point.

I don't, I'm newish to the area, but I can build those connections and most of the moms would be willing to help find people to come in and speak.

I want them to end the year with a fully fledged business plan for a teen sized business. Financial management, materials sourcing, legal, marketing, sales, etc. They will be able to take their business and start it if they wish. Or do the process again with something else if they realized another business is more of an option.
