I always buy frozen at Costco. I love cooking with shrimp because it thaws so fast in some cold water, and it cooks really quickly too. The shrimp I buy from Costco comes in a 2 pound bag and it still has the tails on, so I pull them off before I cook them, after they are thawed.

Tonight I did bone in chicken thighs in a pan with southwest seasoning, skillet potatoes with cabbage and onion, and a salad

Last night I made caprese chicken skillet and tomato and zucchini orzo....lots of tomatoes and zucchini I was trying to use up!
Tonight is Carne Asada steak salad. Bummed I already thawed the steak because DS won't be home and I really chose the meal for him. Oh well, DH and I love it too!

It was really good! The orzo was good to have with it because there was so much yummy sauce, so good to mix with something!
