Protein drink
I know concept isn't quite the healthiest (would rather do fresh everything etc...) but what would be things to look for in a protein shake, or brands that are better than others?
Thanks : )

Re: Protein drink
I feel really good about making smoothies with pb fit. Less protein, but more natural.
If you want one that is ready to drink, I think Orgain is pretty decent.

Re: Protein drink
I feel good about Jay Robb's vanilla powder. It's got minimal ingredients and tastes good. It's about twice as much as other ones at my grocery store.

Re: Protein drink
I like Iconic. Grassfed and pretty clean. I like that it has powder and premade shakes. I pour the premades over iced espresso when I'm traveling.
It's not an MLM or anything, but I could give you a code for $10 of your first order if you decide to try it.

Re: Protein drink
I start work at 7 but dont have lunch until 12:30 so I was struggling to make it hunger-wise. I am also working on lowering my cholesterol. Anyway, I started drinking a mid-morning drink - 2 cups almond milk, 1 scoop Isopure Unflavored Whey Isolate (its 2 ingredients, 25gram protein, 80mg calcium), and I put in a banana and some strawberries (I have a bag of frozen I keep in my freezer). I can't believe how full it keeps me, especially for the calories.
