Re: Flower Remedies
Thank you! I just recently found how very well flower remedies work for me, and am ordering several more. This helps me refine my list.

Re: Flower Remedies
Thank you for posting this!
When it says "positive qualities", does that mean you would use this to produce those positive qualities (or nurture or sustain or what have you), or that a person tends to possess those positive qualities? |

HUGE difference in anxiety when I started using that for him. Last edited by sweetpeasmommy; 01-13-2013 at 07:20 PM. |

Thanks great list! Going to print so I can mark on it. Have been trying some of these with DD1 lately. I think it is helping with some things but not 100% sure yet.

When looking for ones to use, do you focus more on the out of balance and then be "oh! That's me!" Or more on the what it does for you? Being who I am, I see possibilities in all of them helping, but I don't know how to pick the ones for what I really need.

Re: Flower Remedies
I focus on the out of balance - because typically if I need them, I currently am out of balance and hoping to regain the positive qualities.

Re: Flower Remedies
We have been using flower remedies to help us transition continents this year. I cannot say enough about their helpfulness. We all took Walnut fairly intensively during our first weeks back and I could tell an immediate difference in my ability to process our transition and not feel paralyzed. Thank you for this list!

Re: Flower Remedies
Thank you for sharing your cheat sheet! In terms of how you take them: Do you just follow the instructions on the bottle for taking them? If you are taking more than one, can you blend them *in* something to take them? Are there contraindications? I would like to work on making blends for me and my loved ones.

Re: Flower Remedies
You can put them in anything you want or take straight. you can put them ON children who don't want to take them. I usually muscle test and make a new bottle for c every 3 days or so. To see a good effect, word has it you want to use at least 4 times a day. there are no interactions at all.
