I used broth, lime juice, and apple cider vinegar last night. I don't think it ended up being a whole cup of liquid. But maybe 3/4. I didn't measure. It took longer in the IP than I was expecting. My 5.5 lb bone in roast took about 100 minutes and then the part closest to the bone, I did for another 15 minutes after dinner because it wouldn't pull off.
