Re: Meals in May
Last night was Creamy Thai chicken, veggies and rice.
Tonight we are going to SIL's house for my MIL's birthday. The rest of the family will have takeaway pizza and I will take leftovers from last night.

Re: Meals in May
Last night was Zuppa Toscana with homemade focaccia and gf rolls.
For Sunday, ds is turning 14 and asked for “butter pasta & shrimp”. Anyone have a good recipe? I might just wing it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Meals in May
I remembered that we had a gift card to Chili's that we had gotten for Christmas. So, we had Chili's takeout for dinner tonight.

Prima, my 16 yo made pasta carbonara (and a salad) for dinner last night.
(She even made the pasta! I'm so proud of her.)

Grilled pork chops, roasted red potatoes, and Italian chopped salad
Yesterday was Mexican spiced ground turkey, roasted potatoes, roasted zucchini, and fresh pico de Gallo. Served in bowls topped with avocado slices. This was very good! Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk

Re: Meals in May
I have an abscessed tooth and no dental opening until June 16 so I haven't been in the mood to really cook. Made some baked pasta with sausage yesterday and scrambled eggs today.

Re: Meals in May
Yikes, Deanna! How's the pain? I hope they have a cancellation and can get you in earlier.
Tonight we had leftover pulled pork that was turned into nachos/taco bowls with rice, black beans, cheese. Raw veggies on the side, except for the picky one who got steamed green beans. Last night we had veggie tian with gorgonzola and olives alongside turkey Italian sausages.

Re: Meals in May
That's not good Deanna! Praying you can get in sooner.
Tonight will be "easy dinner" (ie: make your own) DH will be out at band practise for the first time in 2 years and so he eats there so everyone else can find what they like and then we'll probably all settle in for a movie
