I highly agree with Lisa. I like to work on habits and I think it's good to start small with one or two new things you'd like to incorporate. I also think it's fine to have goals in some areas be to keep doing what's already working.
Our org asks about marriage goals too, and especially if things feel pretty good it can be hard to think of things. We started picking a fun healthy thing to do together, like read a book together and discuss or go on walks together. Given the uncertainty you're facing, I wonder if some of your personal and family goals can be around rituals and routines that will help you all feel grounded and maintain consistency, and perhaps a goal of blocking out time and really prioritizing your mental and spiritual health. You've all had a really rough two years.
