Hubby and I are on vacation. I left frozen pizza in the freezer for the kids

Next week I have two meal kit companies delivering three meals each. I'm trying to make reentry easier for me. I'll see y'all next week!

I made this recipe tonight: https://themodernproper.com/swedish-meatballs
Swedish meatballs served over mashed potatoes

It was a hit so Iíll add it to my rotation.

Littlest asked for Hot Mashed Potatoes last night. (I think that's all she ate. After Ice cream, I think mashed potatoes are her favorite food.) I made Tuscan Cream Chicken and steamed broccoli to go with it.

Tonight we're having either a chicken stir fry or Thai chicken. I have bean sprouts to use up or they'll be .

Tonight will be Chicken with double cream and noodles.

Tomorrow is "choose your own" as DH will be at band practise and so everyone gets to choose whatever they like

Homemade pizza. With 1 gluten intolerant child we have to make 2 crust varieties -- gluten and gluten free. But we've learned and triple the batch and make 3 of each so that we have leftovers for the next time.
