March Dinners
Tonight I'm planning on making mac n cheese and sausages and broccoli.
Last night we had cheese enchiladas and salad. Good grief, that's a lot of cheese to start out March.

Re: March Dinners
But cheese is yummy!
We're having Asian lettuce wraps (turkey) tonight. My kids like the DIY aspect. (I like that it's tasty and easy.)

Re: March Dinners
Tonight is pomogranit stew that was supposed to be for last night but it takes a long time to cook and heats up even better than freashly made so I started it and pasta last night and let it finish cooking while we are yesterday

Re: March Dinners
today we ate out.. Like actually went to the place and sat down to eat. We had Rasin Canes. We then-figured while we are already out we could do dessert and stopped by a rolled ice-cream place. Canes wasn't too busy and we had the ice-cream place to our selfs.
Tomorrow we are doing lentil Tacos

Re: March Dinners
Tonight is Pad Thai. We can't eat together (track then soccer for dd, soccer for ds) AND I have leftover tuna/chicken salad, but I'm thinking of making it anyway as Im not driving anyone anywhere.
With 4-5 games this weekend plus a covid clinic shift plus church and sunday school and 2 church events (ds won't go to his if he makes the championship game), it'll be nice to stack up the leftovers and not worry about cooking for the weekend as I budgeted and promised 1 meal out for the start of the season.
