Re: April Dinners
Ham with pineapple, scalloped potatoes, asparagus from the garden - going to try a sheet pan version of this meal.

Re: April Dinners
Tonight was pizza night, and dessert night.
Last night was a new to us recipe. https://www.budgetbytes.com/sheet-pan-bbq-meatballs/ I doubled it and added extra veggies. Everyone really liked it and it was super quick and easy. This is totally going into the rotation.

Re: April Dinners
Last night was chili in the crockpot.
Tonight will be dh's belated birthday meal: grilled steak, grilled veggies - zucchini, mushrooms, asparagus from the garden, baked potatoes - sweet for some, russet for others, wedge salad bar - add the toppings you like, and for dessert dh picked out four (yes, four!) flavors of ice cream.

Re: April Dinners
I don't like to cook on Saturday so Saturday is Trader Joe's night. We had Mandarin Orange Chicken, cauliflower fried rice and plain white rice.

Re: April Dinners
Again? Every.single.month with the dinners. I'm over it. J/k. . . Grocery shopping today after work so something easy when I get home - most likely either make your own
I remembered! S for Sandwiches and CalZone for PiZZa. It's definitely Calzone! Thanks for whoever kept giving me that tip! eta: I went with Clazones bc its make your own and I didnt want one or too cook bc tired after work and grocery shopping.
