Default 3-Step, No-Bake, DF Chocolatey Delight

I can't believe I didn't find this recipe on GCM.

1. Melt 12 oz. chocolate chips (or your favorite chocolate) on low heat in double boiler or in microwave. Pour in blender.

2. Add one can coconut milk. Blend 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

3. Pour into prepared pie shell of your choice, or into ramekins. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Extra credit: scrape out the blender and lick the spoon.

Oh MAN! I happen to have a can of coconut milk and 1/2 a bag of ghiradelli chips but no pie shells and I am so not a baker. I wonder if I could pull a crust out in order to try this?

It doesn't really need a crust! I kinda like it better in little bowls like pudding. You could make a mini one with half the can of coconut milk. If you don't mind opening it for that.

So if, when you find chocolate at the store just waiting there for you like it was the last bag of chocolate on earth, and if, when you got home at 9 p.m. and decided you needed to open it, you decided to make a double patch and add a splash of amaretto and then sliced bananas and whipped cream to the 2nd batch? That would be okay.
