Tonight it is a chicken and veggie stir fry

Re: November Dinners
Black bean and rice burrito bowls.
Pasta ceci tomorrow We ended up needing to replace all four tires and that wiped us out money wise. So we're having to be a bit creative until next pay.

Over the weekend, we had meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and green beans. Tonight I'm planning Mediterranean pasta and salad with balsamic dressing.

Re: November Dinners
I changed my mind. I have so many leftovers - chili and shrimp pasta that I am going to precook some of the pad thai - like the chicken and maybe even the sauce and cook the noodles / assemble it all tomorrow when busier.

Re: November Dinners
I put a chuck roast in the IP right before we left for Speech Club. Root veggies are cooking now in the other IP. It smells soooo good!
I was going to make mashed potatoes, but .....I'm totally behind. Do I or don't I?

Re: November Dinners
Chicken thighs in the oven with potatoes, carrots, onion and cabbage. I mixed ketchup, mustard and Worcester sauce over the thighs, also bullion and garlic power. It would have been better if I hadn't removed the skin, but it was good.
