Creamy Greek Feta Dressing

I had butter lettuce I wanted to use tonight and I think butter lettuce takes a creamy dressing so beautifully. I usually make a blue cheese dressing, but I didn't have any blue cheese. I thought about the feta cheese that I had on hand and this dressing was born. And, oh my, it is fabulously delicious if I say so myself. :drool

Please note: All measurements are very loose approximations. As you all probably know by now, I hate to measure.

3 TBSP sour cream
3 TBSP mayo
1 TBSP lemon juice
Seasoned with salt, granulated garlic, granulated onion and oregano. I would have added pepper but my kids don't like it.
1-2 oz crumbled feta
1/2 English cucumber, quartered and sliced

Mix all together in the salad bowl. Can thin with a little water if needed. Add the lettuce and toss.

I think in the future I might add some finely chopped red onion and/or kalamata olives.

Now that I've posted this, maybe I won't forget what I used in the dressing and can make it again.
