Gluten Free Vegan Dutch Oven Recipes

Hi, my daughter has a gluten intolerance and I'm trying to switch to Vegan. I was therefore looking for recipes that will suit us both and that the men of the family can also eat without missing the taste of meat too much. Does anyone have any good suggestions? I actually wanted to get another Dutch oven as the one I've currently got is a little too shallow. I've found a website that sells new and second hand goods for sale, including cookware, but need to decide which to get. Any recommendations on a brand? The current one we have is Lodge and its served us pretty well but I wondered how that stood-up to others.

I've found some nice looking curry recipes so far based around tofu and spinach, which are vegan friendly and gluten free. Those are the kind of things I knew I could probably throw together myself anyway though. Looking for some more different styles of cuisine if possible.

Are you on Pinterest? I did a search there and came up with these ideas. Would any of those work for you? Maybe you could make some subs to make them gluten free.

ETA: We also have a vegetarian/vegan forum here on GCM where you might find even more ideas.

For cast iron, Lodge is my go to brand.

Personally I'd just get a bigger Lodge.
