Bumping this, I just got some new DE and I need to remind myself why it's good to take.

I have been using it for general health purposes, but I got it to help lower my mom's cholesterol and see if it helped her BP. It's time for a followup cholesterol check, but her BP is TWENTY points lower. Truly amazing for her. They usually have to check it twice since the first read is always high (white coat or activity maybe). This time the first read was completely normal.

I started taking it a few.weeks ago. .only a teaspoon a day. And my blood pressurw at the Dr the other day was lower than its ever been!.they file my hypertension dx into history since it was.obviously resolved.

I'm resurrecting this thread because I'm starting a parasite detox when all my supplements come in. I have headaches 25+ days of the month. My doctor has had me do eliminations and HRT and now she wants me to try to rid myself of parasites, kind of like a ground zero effect. She also ordered me to take HCl and enzymes to take along with. She recommended a 26 day greensmoothiegirl detox but there's absolutely no way I can do this with my schedule/family/home life. So I'm going to avoid grains, dairy and sugar the best I can.

Anyone still using DE? I'd love to have some people to hash through this with.

We use it as a dewormer and it works great. Also works great on DH's digestive troubles (not sure he wants me going into TMI type details).

I have the kids taking humaworm, and have some DE that I want them (and me) to be taking too, but it's hard for me to remember. Maybe this thread will help with that.
