I may develop an addiction

Mango Avocado Salsa. A friend made it years ago, and I forgot about it until another friend brought it over to my house last week.

I may have made it more than once since then

One mango, diced small
one avocado, diced small
some chopped cilantro, minced garlic, red onion and a jalepeno (I use 3/4 of a good sized one)
A splash of olive oil, and the juice of one lime (or two)
salt and pepper to taste

Stir and try not to eat it all with a spoon.

It is SO GOOD. I normally *hate* onions, but I gladly ate them in this.

I bet it would be good with chicken or fish too. It's really good with taco chips.
