potato soup?
We like the potato soup at Fatz Cafe. Anyone have a recipe of a pureed potato soup?

I have an easy trick!!! You start with mashed or whipped potatoes. Add sour cream and milk. Then to thicken add a touch of flour and water. We add cheese or bacon or whatever. I make potato soup once a week in winter. In fact i am having mashed potatoes tonight with plans for potato soup tomorrow!

I do use leftover mashed potatoes. You can also use the pulp from baked potatoes!
