She has gotten some recommendations for anti virus programs and I am suggesting an anti spyware programs: Spybot Search and Destroy.

She might also consider an anti adware program called AdAware.

We use clamwin. It finds things Norton totally misses, and you have good quarantine/delete options.

I am running spybot on mine right now and it says that there are two adware things on it but it wont' remove them because it says I am not an admin on my computer.

I am the only account on this computer. I am confused. It is a coupon bar thingy..which I can't find and can't uninstall because I can't find it..

I'd suggest running Malwarebytes and SuperAnitiSpyware.

Close the program and find the icon. Right click on it and select, "run as admin."
