I am going to do chicken enchiladas, I have a feeling my children won't eat it at all.

Yum!!!! Are you making the Baked Alaska? I know you are quite the baker/cook, right?
DH gave me a kitchen torch for Christmas and I have yet to use it. Is Baked Alaska as daunting as it seems?

Kids are talking about making pancakes. That might just work. I'll cook up some sausage as well.

I ended up with two meal kit deliveries this week. So 6 meals. And I didn't get to pick the meals for one of them. Long story

Tonight was prosciutto ratatouille risotto. Seriously. Risotto. With all the constant stirring. Never would I have chosen this. AND it didn't cook in 18 minutes like it said. It took like 45 minutes!

It was decent. What a waste of time though! A pot of rice mixed with zucchini and regular bacon would have been equally appreciated!

You don't even want to know what I was charged for these meals. It's the most expensive mistake I've made in a long time.
