Crockpot Vegetarian

I posted in crockpot but maybe I should post here too.
Does any one have any frugal vegetarian crockpot recipes preferably oil free? Thanks ,

Fresh From the Vegetarian Slow Cooker by Robin Robertson is my favorite cookbook! All recipes have a vegan modification & most (almost all?) are naturally oil free (or easily modified.)

This book uses real food & no processed frankenfood garbage.

ETA: The author has a later book titled Fresh from the Vegan Slow Cooker, which I tried from the library. The one I linked is WAY better!!!
