Default reusable slow cooker liner?

Anyone have a reusable slow cooker liner? I haven't used the disposable ones, as I'm not crazy about how wasteful they are. Googling it looks like a silicone one exists, but the link to Amazon just showed it's not available. Anyone know of where you can get one? I hate washing out our slow cooker, and a silicone liner sounds so much easier to wash!

What would make a silicone one easier to clean? Can you put your slow cooker crock in the dishwasher?

These look promising.

I hear you on scrubbing the slow cooker - my girls LOVE Cheesy Chicken (essentially chicken breast cooked with cream cheese and seasonings) but it sticks like nobody's business! Soaking the crock doesn't do much; I always spend a good 15 minutes or more scraping out the crusty stuff that just.won't.come.off.

Thank you! That is the one I saw on a blog post, but it linked to Amazon where it was out of stock.
I think I could put the crock pot in our dishwasher, but I don't see it getting it all that clean. Plus it would take up a lot of space. Maybe I'd have better luck washing it if I sprayed it before using it? Soup kind of things are fine, but when I make other things it gets stuck on the ceramic. To me it feels like the difference between washing metal muffin tins and silicone. The silicone is so much easier!

When things get stuck, try pouring boiling water into it and letting it sit awhile that way. Or, fill it with hot water and let it "cook" overnight on high and it should wash easily the next morning.

I know you don't want disposable but lining it with parchment paper might be an alternative.

Put some water in the slow cooker with some liquid dish soap and let it cook for a while. It will really help with the clean up.

I don't know if it's just that our slow cooker is old (not even that old- 8 years!), but it just doesn't clean as easily. We do leave it to soak with water and soap, but food still sticks to it. It's ceramic. I love cooking with it, hate cleaning it.

If you've been on the fence about an Instant Pot, it has a slow cooker function (but only low, not high). It's stainless steel.

Also, my slow cooker is discolored on the inside from beans. I can get it clean but it's much harder to clean than stainless steel.

I do really like the idea of an instapot. Storage is the big issue though. I think it would be too tall to go where my slow cooker is, and we have no more storage space in the kitchen.

I dropped my slow cooker insert a couple of months ago, smashing it into a dozen pieces, and had to buy a new one. The newer insert is MUCH easier to clean, so it really could be the age. My "old" one was 4-5 years old, so not really old. (Both the new and old pots are the same brand (Crock Pot), same size, color, etc.)

I have an Instant Pot as well. I don't think the slow cooker function works nearly as well as the Crock Pot.

I feel this way too. I still need my crock pot. I also have multiple IPs.
