Monday- Steak with blue cheese, baked sweet potatoes, blistered shio peppers with ranch dipping sauce
Tuesday- Baked spaghetti squash topped with Italian sausage spaghetti sausage and mozzarella, corn on the cob Wednesday- Buffalo chicken, blue cheese risotto, green beans Thursday- Mac n cheese Friday- Crockpot sausage and sauerkraut, roasted baby potatoes, sautéed apples Weekend- Chili I’m so enjoying the farmer’s market!

Charla, are your farmer's markets affordable? Ours in Central Texas are so much more expensive than store bought. They remind me of a fair rather than a cost effective way to sell produce.
And then I heard accusations the other day of vendors buying produce from the grocery store and selling it marked up. But I know it's very different in other areas of the country. It’s definitely more expensive than grocery stores but I’ve had much better luck with the produce staying good.
