I use this recipe for pancakes, but since I'm allergic to eggs, I sub applesauce for the eggs. We've loved that apple-y taste in the pancakes. Today I wanted to make pancakes but didn't have any regular applesauce; I only had strawberry applesauce. Oh my, the best pancakes ever!!!!
