Blueberry Banana Smoothie
I just made my first fruit smoothie and it is yummy! It made 2 cups and I froze about 3/4 of it for popsicles. I'll edit and let you know how they turn out.
1/2 c plain yogurt 1/3 c frozen blueberries 1/2 of a very ripe banana the juice of one small orange--it was about 3.5 ozs, I could have squeezed more I'm sure, but my wrist is sore today. 1 tbsp honey 1 cup of crushed iced.

Best Punch Ever!
This is the best non-alcoholic punch I've ever had - it beats the pants off what most people seem to make around here: juice, sparkling water and sherbet.
Strawberry Banana Punch (it makes a LOT - I used this for big parties. Cut it in half if you have fewer than 30 people!) 16 cups water 2 cups sugar 2 10 oz. boxes of frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed enough to blend up 6 ripe bananas 4 12-oz cans of lemonade concentrate 4 2-liter bottles of lemon-lime pop, chilled Dissolve the sugar in the water, set aside and chill in a large bowl or stock pot. In a blender, combine the strawberries, bananas and lemonade. Combine the water and strawberry mixture. Combine water/strawberry mixture with lemon-lime pop as you need it (it's best to not mix it up all at once, but rather do it in small batches to keep the pop fizzy). |

Re: Beverages
Ok here is One I just made
I just put about 1/4 cup ice cubes, 1 bannana and some Hersheys Syrup in the blender. It is so good. Yesterday I made this one 2 bannana's 3 Oranges and Some Crushed Ice and tad bit of sugar optional. But crush the ice up first then add the oranges bannana and tad bit water if need be and then sugar to taste and YUMM Hillbilly Slushie Family Favorite passed down through the years LOL Crushed Ice and package of kool-aid and sugar or presweetend koolaid so good on a hot day. Just blend it all up in the blender.
