http://ourbestbites.com/2011/03/glaz...ped-meat-loaf/ Since we are egg and dairy free I swap the yogurt for dairy free yogurt and egg for about a 1/4 apple sauce with a pinch of cinnamon. It is so good and my kids actually ask for it! Like on their birthday they can pick any meal they want (and we budget for take out) and this has been chosen. It makes nice meat balls too. I just broil til they have gone dark and feel a bit firm and simmer in marinara or low for about 30 minutes.
