Here's what I'm planning this week:

Monday - Chicken with peach hot sauce, truffle risotto (from Aldi), roasted cauliflower
Tuesday - Gluten free fried fish, chicken and fries, coleslaw, and tartar sauce
Wednesday - Steak with blue cheese sauce, pasta, cream cheese stuffed peppers, balsamic lettuce apple salad
Thursday/Friday - Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad with cucumbers
Weekend - Zuppa Toscana

What are you eating?

Tuesday: salmon quinoa taco bowls
Wednesday: White Chicken Chili
Thursday: Spaghetti Factory for DD2's 23rd bday

Tuesday- Potato soup
Wednesday-Pancakes, gf waffles, sausage, raspberries
Thursday- Pizza delivery
Friday- Enchiladas, jalapeño poppers, Mexican rice
Saturday- Restaurant
Sunday- Mac n cheese

Monday- quinoa black bean and mango salad
Tuesday- sheet pan chicken and root veggies
Wednesday- pastina with egg in homemade veggie broth (three of four of us are sick today so comfort food tonight)
Thursday - Chickpea Shawarma
Friday- shrimp and grits with steamed broccoli
Saturday/Sunday haven't decided yet

Last night we had Yodelin bowls - wild rice, mixed greens, bay shrimp, thin sliced radishes, cucumber, peanuts, salmon, and Thai peanut sauce. I added pomegranate arils for fun. It turned out super good. We had this at a favorite restaurant a few weeks ago and decided to try recreating it at home.

Tonight peanut butter noodles, I think.

Tomorrow?

Wednesday is ds21’s birthday. Making falafel. Means I have to go to the store again, but he’s worth it.

I'm prepping a bunch of stuff for thanksgiving tomorow and I think I'm going to have my husband take the girls out for dinner.

It's the last day of November here in Australia and we are really moving into summer!! Lately we have been having a lot of meals with salads and meals that I can do in the slow cooker as it radiates less heat and I can put on in the morning and forget about it

I need to get back to meal planning. This year has been a disaster for our family in so many ways that things have fallen to the side. Everyone has been getting fed but I know I need to do better in the coming year. It doesn't help when the main cook (mum) has a breakdown and is still recovering 9 months later, but we will get there
