So, the cocoa powder was a bust. I whipped, and whipped, and whipped with the hand mixer and it got barely foamy. (I even had the kids tag-team holding the mixer!) So I pulled out the tilt-head stand mixer because it has a small bowl. Let that go for almost 20 minutes and ....NOTHING. Except a broken tine on the whisk attachment.

Oh no! So sorry to hear about that mixer.

Ok so I now have Nutella and the toddler just went down for a nap: do I dare attempt Nutella whipped coffee??

My Walmart has the organic, dairy-free Nutiva version of Nutella. In my opinion, it tastes much better than Nutella as well as having less sugar (and being dairy free if someone needs/wants that).

I tried it with Nutella and it ruined the texture today. But it was still creamy and delicious mixed with my almond milk!
Will do again tomorrow if I have time

So I made it for DH and he is now hooked. And now makes it for us daily

. We like it best with some chocolate syrup.
