Re: January dinners
We got an air fryer for Christmas - so are you using raw chicken wings and putting your own rub on it? Or frozen? I think Im gonig to do chicken wings for ds on the day we do butternut squash soup because ds doesn;t like it but its a favorite for the other 3 of us so hate to rule it out. I can do it with sweet potatoes and butternut squash kind of hash to go with it.

Cream cheese chicken chili with cornbread.
https://keytomylime.com/cream-cheese...eation-244-jtr I have a recipe for white chicken chili from Carlsbad Cravings that I absolutely love. But I'm recovering from a cologne-induced migraine so I wanted something delicious and easy. This is my first time trying this recipe so I hope it's good. |

Re: January dinners
I cooked dinner for the first time since I got sick last week.
Pork loin with roasted potatoes and green beans. The pork was cooking classy.com Island Pork loin. It was so good. I will make it often.

I've been cooking meat and rice and veggies and storing it in portions in the fridge. Tonight I took out dinner chicken and rice and broccoli, all previously cooked, and tossed it in a skillet with some liquid aminos. Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk

Last night was cheese enchiladas and Mexican rice. Tonight I'm planning buffalo chicken tenders, crispy potatoes, and blue cheese tossed salad.

Re: January dinners
We had Asian lettuce wraps made from ground turkey and all the veggies I could find in the fridge to top them.
Tonight we're having Pork Carnitas. with steamed broccoli and most likely a salad.

Re: January dinners
I was supposed to make navy bean soup today, but I forgot to take the ham bone out of the freezer and to soak the beans. So, that will be pushed to Saturday, and tonight I will just make chicken burrito bowls in the instant pot.
