Re: What do you love from Costco!?
Really??!! I need to look in to the visa card.
And I consider the executive membership. So far haven't done it... But I need to look in to it again.

I don't remember how much you have to spend in a year to break even. But our annual rebate is always several hundred dollars. We don't have Aldi or anything though.

Heads up that the Titan lunch boxes and Bentgo little kid lunch boxes fit together really nicely. Both are available online in bundle deals right now, but I don't know about in store.

I just looked. The Executive Membership gives you 2% back on everything you buy at Costco. If you spend $3,000 per year, or average $250 a month at Costco, you break even with Executive vs. Regular. In other words, you'll get a $60 rebate. We always get much more than that back because of random large purchases. This year we bought some furniture and I think a set of tires. Plus, with the cost of everything going up, it's not hard to hit that number. It's rare for me to walk out of Coscto for less than $400. Details here https://www.costco.com/executive-rewards.html Since we're talking about great rewards cards, The Walmart Mastercard offers 5% back on ALL Walmart purchases for the first 12 months, in store, online, and pick-up. After 12 months, you still get 5% back on all online orders and all pick-up orders, 2% back on everything purchased in-store/through a check-out lane. I signed up because getting 5% back on groceries right now is a huge savings. |

Re: What do you love from Costco!?
Costco is also clearing out a lot of summer stock. I got shirts and shorts for $3 each.

Re: What do you love from Costco!?
I get 2 rebates from Costco - one from Costco and one from the visa. They total about $400-$500 a year.

Re: What do you love from Costco!?
Yea if you drink alcohol or buy alcohol for events, it's the best price around for still good quality. Kirkland vodka. Kirkland rum. Kirkland wine.
ETA: I know that can vary by state depending on whether stores are allowed to sell alcohol inside the store. Michigan is.
