Meals in May
Today was pizza from the freezer and salad with lettuce from my little garden. It is so satisfying and amazing to eat food that grew from seeds I planted!
Share the meals you’re making in May.

What an awesome thing your garden is! I had salad and a smoothie, and I fed my Dad chicken noodle soup that I made for him the other day.

Today: who knows Every week, every day people need to eat around here. Its nonsense.
Anyway, it was an especially busy weekend so I didn't meal plan. Again.

Re: Meals in May
Tonight I made pho. I thought it was really excellent but everyone was tired and grumpy at dinner so I don't think anyone appreciated it.

Re: Meals in May
I love pho. I’ve never tried to make it though.
I need a plan for tonight. Co-op was cancelled due to covid so class is online. Sigh. But, I’ll be home and able to make dinner. Maybe tacos. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: Meals in May
Last night, I ended up doing migas and Kodiak cakes because we were out of sausage.
I'll probably do a sheet pan chicken thing tonight. I need to thaw out a pork roast for pulled pork later this week Sent from my Pixel 6 using Tapatalk

Re: Meals in May
I love pho! We buy a side of beef every year and I save the oxtail and the small tenderloin for pho. So yummy!
We're having schnitzel tonight. I think. I have a pork loin. Littlest asked for pork chops, too. Either one is possible. Steamed broccoli on the side.

My mom asked to bring over pizza at the last minute. Yes, please!
Got supplies for Chicken Tortilla Soup. Will do that for lunch time tomorrow! |
