summer routinue/afternoon homework time
We still have some school work to finish up for our 'year' and then need to stay caught up with a few things over the 'summer'. It's getting super hot early this summer - 100 this weekend. I want to plan our days out in a way that gets us outside in the morning before it's brutal with time set aside in the afternoon for homework. I'm not sure how to make this transition anything less than a pulling teeth argument every single day. It's not like we have a good routine or any structure successfully going on right now, but it is generally understood that we do homework in the mornings and play outside in the afternoons. N doesn't nap any more, on days we're out of the house the entire day is occupied with that or recovering from that, I don't have good transition skills.
Does anyone have a routine they'd be willing to share?
