Tonight, I found this recipe. One of the things I miss most often due to my food allergies is oatmeal. Trying to find substitutes is hard sometimes. I had some leftover pumpkin in the fridge - I had made some gf pumpkin muffins the other day. I have to say, this recipe for paleo pumpkin porridge is pretty yummy and satisfying!

I think we might have chicken tortea soup. I had it planed for yesterday when I have been looking at the weather on Saturday. But yeaterday it was still nearly 80 at dinner time and not soup weather at all

Sauteed onions, potatoes, and cabbage on Saturday.

Mozzarella stuffed meatloaf, mashed potatoes and green beans on Sunday.
