Re: January’s Dinners
Needed something fast tonight, so heated pre-made chicken enchiladas, served with salad. (Still a lot cheaper than takeout!)

Re: January’s Dinners
Got chicken when grocery shopping, so tonight was the delayed garlic honey mustard chicken and potatoes. Served with sauteed shredded cabbage and carrots.
I haven't bought chicken for a while...WOW did prices go up. |

Re: January’s Dinners
Make keto taco soup last night.
Tonight will probably be beef and broccoli. Saturday - not sure yet Sunday - - shredded bbq chicken. I’m working to have a Sunday rotation that’s easy to prep for a crowd so any of my kiddos can come home for dinner that night. So far I have soup, bbq chicken and burgers on the list. Need 2 more ideas. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: January’s Dinners
We ended up going out for Thai last night so had beef and broccoli tonight.
It’s late, but lentil tacos are pretty good. Tomorrow is bbq chicken. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Re: January’s Dinners
ooh, will keep in mind for next time, thanks!
I wound up going with lentil/quinoa/spinach nachos (mixed with seasons, then topped with cheese and chunks of tomatoes/peppers/onions, baked until melted/roasted). We haven't had it for a long time and everyone enjoyed it. |

Re: January’s Dinners
Tonight's beef stew meat slow cooked in teriyaki sauce, boiled potatoes (I'm trusting the meat/sauce to juice them up!), and roasted cauliflower and broccoli.
