Yes! Make Kale chips!
Lightly coat them in olive oil and salt. Dehydrate or bake until they're crispy. They should last awhile.

I bet they would. I do that with mushrooms. Dehydrate and keep them in a jar, then rehydrate for use. Works great.

I'd imagine you could can them like any dark green. However, I throw mine in the blender with some water, pour into a muffin tin, freeze, pop out and store in a freezer bag. I sue them in green smoothies.

My MIL just pickled/canned a bunch with garlic cloves, carrots, etc.
Haven't tried it bc needs to age, but if you're interested, I can get a recipe. Seems...interesting. |

You can use them in place of basil for pesto. Make and freeze the sauce for later. If you still want a strong basil taste do half and half.

Dehydrate then grind into powder. You can stir into things and a tsp is like a cup of greens.
