mellymommy Rose Garden Join Date: Feb 2007 Posts: 6,944	Canning not sweet corn We grew a TON of corn this year. My husband picked corn that was not sweet, a smidge sweet but not really. This is our first year of corn, so he grew 5 different kinds for us to try. I have a TON to can. What are ways to sweeten it up?
