Paula Deen's Pina Colada smoothie - YUM!!

My dd and I love watching Paula Deen's Home Cooking.

Last week we were droooooling over her Pina Colada smoothies, so we had to try them out the other night. They were SO delicious, I had to share!

I used 2 small frozen bananas and eliminated the ice.

We did not need to add the honey since the pineapple was already very sweet.

Made it again today using half frozen mango and half frozen pineapple to replace all the fresh pineapple. DElish!

Unsweetened coconut milk rocks, I can't believe I haven't tried it sooner! I'm going to cook some rice with it next.....

Kym are you using the coconut milk in the can, or the refrigerated stuff by So Delicious?

I'm not Kym and I haven't made it yet, but my guess is that since it says unsweetened coconut milk it would be the stuff in the can in the ethnic food asile. I could be totally wrong though.
