Healthy or not, it's ok. But I'm preparing them for a non-pork eating fam. (My fam eats meat, so does the other fam, just not pork).
Garlic and earth balance or olive oil and sea salt... both sound yummy!!

Well there goes my recipe I thought it was either meat or pork that you didn't eat. The other suggestions sound yummy, though!

olive oil, sea salt and broil.
do a gluten free tempura breading (olive oil, cornmeal, GF flour, egg, baking powder, rice/almond milk) and deep fry. steam/boil slightly (still crisp tender)...and then make a salad with that, craisins, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, candied pecans/walnuts, (and feta if you can do dairy). |

Re: yummy way to prepare snap beans?! help!
I did a combo of olive oil, sea salt and fresh garlic. I thought they were super yummy, but 2 of my 3 boys didn't care for them. I hope the fam I brought them to didn't think they were too gross.
I'll make 'em again for ME! I'll have to try the deep fried ones, FFW! We used to do beer batter dipped green beans and okra and stuff (pre DS2 and his allergies).
