Recipes that don't taste like cucumbers?

I have some giant cucumbers to use up that someone gave me out of the garden, but I honestly don't like cucumbers in general. Any ideas on recipes to disguise them?

I should note...these ones are HUGE, much larger than pickles normally are, and far more quantity than I could consume pickled within a reasonable amount of time. Maybe some sort of a casserole I could bake them in???

Let me just state for the record that "apple" pie made with cucumbers was as horrible as it sounds.
