HELP! I have leftover lime and chicken and the chicken needs to be cooked by tomorrow BUT I think today would be better because ds has a soccer game tomorrow and I don't have anything tonight.
Requirements: Use up my limes and my chicken. DD doesn't eat meat so it has to be where the chicken part can be separate. I could possible grab some shrimps. I have to stop by the grocery store after work today but I want the list to be short and only hit the outer edges (produce, diary) I dont want to be hunting down aisle for ingredietns that I dont know where they are. I do have both rice and pasta on hand. Id like to add the veggies in. I only have salad stuff and carrots at home but am willing to grab anything in the produce area since I am there anyway. Not complicated. I have to run another errand after dinner and dont have the energy for a new complictated dish. Also dd needs to leave for practice so something quick-ish so we can eat early-ish. So no marinating I dont think. By the time I get home from grocery I need to start prepping. I tried allrecipes but nothing good came up. Any ideas? HELP and TIA! ---------- Post added at 10:44 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:01 AM ---------- ![]()
